Well behaved Women Rarely Make history - here's a sticker for all the Little Rebels
Legend has it that in June 1776, a secret committee from the Continental Congress, which included George Washington, Robert Morris, and George Ross (Betsy's late husband's uncle), approached Betsy Ross to make a flag for the newly formed United States. Betsy suggested some design changes, such as using five-pointed stars instead of six-pointed ones, and demonstrated how to cut a five-pointed star with a single snip of the scissors......the rest is (Philadelphia) history!
This sticker shows hand sewn stars and stripes in a celebration of Betsy Ross's legacy as the creator of the nation's first flag.
This Philadelphia sticker looks great on your water bottle, laptop, beer cooler, car, bike, or any other smooth surface, inside or out. It is made from thick, durable vinyl and will last longer than Betsy's marriage to any of her 3 husbands. Resistant from from scratches, sunlight, and the British occupation, it will last for 3-5 years outside.
